Hotel 242

The owners were extremely warm and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was lovely, and I liked being able to use the dining room whenever I wanted to eat or work. The room was small, but it met my needs perfectly. It was very clean and warm, and the bed was really comfortable. Amazing value for the quality. 10/10

Sharon was really friendly and got back to me quickly about my late check-in. I’d definitely recommend the hotel for solo travellers, couples or people with small children, and I’ll visit again. The place is modern and tastefully decorated. For a single en-suite the room was larger than average, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The bed was really comfortable, the shower powerful, and there was a great choice at breakfast. Everything was spot on during my one-night visit to see relatives.

The room was clean and tidy, and the food was top notch. The owner was kind, courteous and respectful, and had a laugh with us. With a good breakfast included, the price is definitely worth paying. I’d gladly come back. ~Room 14

Waking up to that sea view was a highlight of our two nights at Hotel 242 in Bispham. The big window looked out across the promenade and water, giving the room a really relaxing feel. We slept brilliantly in the comfy bed, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was generous and clearly freshly made, with a fried egg, sausage, hash brown and beans. It set us up nicely for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere restful by the sea in Bispham.
