The location is perfect, and breakfast is a must, really nice! John and Donna were so welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond. The place was very clean, and anything we needed was no trouble at all, we only had to ask. We’ll be going back.

John was very hospitable and quick to fix things when something went wrong, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean. But the compact room was too small for me and my daughter. The toilet door was broken, the shower leaked, and the shower space itself was too small. The stairs are very steep, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with mobility problems. The chair in the bedroom sank when I sat on it. I know the price is reasonable, but that doesn’t mean things should be broken. I haven’t stayed in any other small hotels in Blackpool, so I’m comparing it with bigger hotels I’ve visited. I think it could do with some modernisation.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for 20 years and love it. John and Donna are wonderful hosts, and the hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and presented really well.

The owners are kind and accommodating, including with young children and babies. Rooms are clean, and the breakfasts are lovely, with vegetarian options catered for. We had a lovely stay recently and would definitely recommend it and come again.

John and Donna made us feel so welcome, they’re friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location next to the pleasure beach is fantastic, and breakfast was great too. We had a fabulous stay and will be back.
