The location was fantastic, and the breakfasts were delicious, served with a warm and friendly manner. The cleanliness throughout the premises was exceptional, with nothing to fault. Our twin room was very small, about what you’d expect for a typical Blackpool room, and the shower was small too. But there was plenty of hot water for both of us, and the beds were so comfy that we had a great night’s sleep.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming, always there to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was cooked fresh every morning, with extras available if you wanted more. The shower was the best I’ve had in a hotel or B&B, with perfect temperature and great pressure. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The rooms did get a bit cold. There were electric heaters, though, and if you switched one on as soon as you got in, it was lovely and warm within 10 minutes. We’ll definitely book here next time we’re in Blackpool.

The room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and breakfast wasn’t worth the money. I’d say stop at a different hotel.

The young girl serving us was lovely and clearly trying her best, though she seemed to need training. That’s about the only positive I can give. Our twin room was the smallest I’ve ever seen, with uncomfortable metal frame beds. Breakfast was so bad that we ended up going to Wetherspoons instead. The host didn’t speak with us at all. I can’t understand the good reviews, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed midweek at a good price, only two blocks from the sea. Breakfast had several choices, along with coffee, tea, apple juice or orange juice. The traditional English breakfast was wonderful. Our room was on the third floor. It was clean and tidy, but damp, and the bathroom shower dripped nonstop. The wall heater didn’t work, so they brought in a temporary heater. The staff were very friendly.
