The location is spot on, a couple of minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the golden beaches, and five minutes from nightlife and the town centre. This was our second stay at the nashy, and I can't wait to make it a hat trick next year! You get loads for your money, including the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. There's also a lovely crew of four people patrolling the whole street until 5am every morning. If you're out of class A drugs, they're there, and the noise they make in the early hours is something special. My favourite room feature is the old school carpet, hoovered with an iron.

The room needs an update. There are holes in the wall and the door of the shared toilet, and the mattress was really uncomfortable. There were no chairs or small bedside table for drinks. The shower room was too cramped to dry off or change properly, and there was no towel mat on the floor, so getting out felt a bit slippery. The toilet room walls were grubby and need a good clean and paint. The TV signal kept breaking up too.

It was warm and quiet, with a nice spot in a good location. The pillows were the comfiest I've ever laid my head on. I stayed one night for Stockport county v Blackpool and would definitely come back.

We paid £73 for two nights for two adults and two kids, a bargain! The rooms are basic and the hotel is a little dated, not gleamingly clean, but it wasn't messy or unhygienic. You get what you pay for. We were pleased with the room, and even more impressed by the hospitality. The three staff members we met were delightful, friendly and kind to the kids. They really made us feel at home, and we'd 100% stay again.

It was filthy, I didn't want to touch anything. The floor hadn't even been hoovered and the beds were so uncomfortable. Someone's eyelashes were on my bed. Not suitable if you've got a baby or kids with you.
