Adam was welcoming on both of my stays, and the place has been spotless each time. It's quiet, too. There are teas and coffees downstairs whenever you want, and he even upgraded my room, which was very kind. The location's handy, only a ten-minute walk from north station and close to trams and buses. This was my second visit, and I couldn't recommend it more. I'll be back!

The bedroom was too warm, with no fan to circulate the air, and I didn't sleep well on either night. The bed was too bouncy and didn't support me, especially compared with the Premier Inn bed offering benchmark. I had the largest double guest room, but was surprised by how compact it felt. The shower cubicle was cramped, and it hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guest.

A great spot for a weekend away, with parking nearby and just a short walk to the pubs, places to eat and the Golden Mile.

I've been coming regularly for seven years and it used to be a decent place to stay. But the last two times, Adam didn't provide a kettle and was moody. Last year he swore at me over something I didn't understand. This year he banned me from the guest house and told my friend I was a problem. Now we've lost all our custom.

The owner was helpful, and the location worked really well. It’s a small, basic place, but very clean and the beds were comfy. There’s no breakfast, though an excellent cafe is close by. I’ll be back in the near future.
