We got a day ticket and took the tram to Cleverly and Fleetwood. Breakfast was cooked fresh, with cereal and fruit available too. Deb & Adi gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel at home. Looking forward to coming back.

The service was first class, and Debbie and Adi were welcoming and very accommodating throughout our stay. We enjoyed a good breakfast and are planning to return with the whole family for another trip.

The room was a basic, low-cost option, but it could've had more space and nicer decor. We arrived late and didn't get a very warm welcome. It felt cold and damp, and the bed was uncomfortable, with a springy mattress. In the morning, there wasn't much communication from the hosts and the shower water was cold. The shower was dirty too. I really wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't want to be disappointed or have your holiday fall short of what you'd expect from a guest house.

The beds were really comfortable and the shower was lovely. Debbie and her husband are caring, wonderful people, and made us feel very welcome during our three-night stay. It felt like home. This is a beautiful hotel I highly recommend, and we'll definitely return.

We've been coming to rossdene house for a few years because we love staying here as a family. Debbie and Adi always make us feel welcome, like we're at home. The rooms are spotless and breakfast is amazing 😀
