They even let us leave our suitcase after handing back the keys, so we could collect it before our coach home. The owners were lovely and very helpful, and made us feel welcome, including my boy. They knew us by name, which was a nice touch. Beautiful place, lovely company, and a lovely breakfast with lots of time and effort put into it. We loved our stay, thank you.

The room was spotless and had its own bathroom, and it’s conveniently close to the promenade. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I’d happily recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, from a full English to toast, with tea, coffee and orange juice. I had scrambled eggs on toast and really enjoyed them. My partner’s full English kept him going until early evening. The room was cosy and warm, on the first floor at the back. Paul rang beforehand to arrange that room because the stairs are difficult for me, after we’d originally been allocated a larger room on the top floor. It was nicely decorated in lemon and grey, and everything was very clean, including the fresh-smelling bedding and clean hand and bath towels. The shower, toilet and sink were fine for our needs. The Wellington is ideally placed near the promenade for a Blackpool break, and children are welcome. There’s a TV room, a small pool room, a dining room and a relaxing room with a bar. The Wellington was between the Tower and the Fairground, and Paul and Yevette were warm, friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely return, thank you very much.

Paul & Yvette are such lovely hosts, and we always stay here when we come to Blackpool. The Wellington is spotless and there’s a warm welcome every time. It’s well placed between the north and south, with the tram about 3 minutes away. Breakfast is booked ahead and sets you up for the day: juice, tea, coffee, cereal, then a cooked breakfast, with toast and jam to finish. You always leave full. A 5 star stay for us, start to finish.

We booked two rooms for two nights, one for me and my husband and the other for my sister and brother-in-law. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was really good and came out almost straight away, and the staff were fantastic and helpful. The location was fab too. I couldn’t fault the hotel or owners and would book again without hesitation. Thanks for having us, we had an amazing time! The Edwards & Whittingham clan 😊
