The rooms were comfortable, though a little small, and there wasn't quite enough room for suitcases and the like. It was warm and very clean, and the breakfast was generous and good. We enjoyed it enough to book an extra night. Everyone on staff we met was friendly and helpful. If you're after a full service gym, beauty salon, or pool, this won't be the place. For a straightforward, clean and comfortable stay with good food and staff, I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was good, and the morning wait staff were really nice. We also had a sea view. The rest was okay for one night, though the hotel felt basic and some areas could use fresher decoration. It was full of older people on coach trips. Since I visit the area regularly, I think I'd probably have been happier at a Travelodge or Premier Inn, to be honest.

We had a really lovely coach holiday at the Royal Norfolk Hotel. It's in a fab spot by the seafront, close to the pier and shops, and the hotel was great. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were serviced daily, and the food was good. Bingo and the singers made for good evening entertainment. All the staff were brilliant and worked hard to make everyone feel welcome. Igor, our waiter, was especially lovely, friendly, and always smiling. Thank you, Igor, and thanks to the whole team for a lovely holiday. I'd recommend it 100%.

There's a lovely sea view, and you can hear the waves when the tide comes in. A bus stops right outside with regular service, and it's no more than a ten-minute walk into town, with a local supermarket along the way. The room is described as small and cosy. It has a double bed and wardrobe, and might work for two if you're both neat and careful with your space. The hotel is clean, and they'll clean the room daily if you want. Although it's an Alfa holiday hotel, you can book a stay online.

We were on the Turkey and Tinsel coach break from 1st to 5th December. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the dining staff were really nice. Breakfast was okay, but the food was awful, especially Christmas dinner. I skipped the rest of the dinners and just had soup. I didn't experience the entertainment.
