Camille and Valentyna at reception deserve a special mention, as do Tom and Evie, who looked after us so well in the restaurant. The rest of the hotel and restaurant staff were great from start to finish. We celebrated a birthday and anniversary with my partner, and the team made us feel welcome before and throughout the stay, with thoughtful touches for the occasion. Our Abbey King room had amazing views and a very luxurious bathroom. We enjoyed delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of options on the menus. We’ll look forward to coming back, and would recommend it.

The view from our bedroom was amazing, and the little departure treats were such a lovely touch. Olivia and another really kind woman at reception went above and beyond with recommendations, and the woman who made us gorgeous coffees in the morning was lovely too. I didn’t get her name. Everyone was incredibly friendly. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you!

We’ve only just started our two-night stay, but already everyone we’ve met has been so pleasant and kind, always asking what they can do to help. They gave us a really warm welcome and whisked our heavy, awkward bags up to our beautiful room. This lovely, charming hotel and its staff have made the first few days of our UK trip feel magical.

The welcome from the receptionists was lovely, especially Greg, if I’m remembering his name right. There’s a distinctive look to the lobby, and the bar is pretty decent. Service is a real treat here, from the complimentary snacks and coffee machines to the little breakfast kits to take with you when you leave. Loved this place, and highly recommend it.

After a 12-hour drive from France, we got a warm welcome from the friendly, attentive staff, with thoughtful touches for guests. The four-star hotel is near the centre of Bath and fabulously clean and comfortable, with creative, eclectic decor. There’s a free Mozzo Coffee machine with about 11 choices in the lounge, and a smaller one in the cosy room, plus a Dyson hairdryer. The cocktail bar is great, and the food, wine and breakfast menus were excellent. Loved it, thank you.
