The restaurant nearby was beautiful, and the food was amazing. The chef even changed a few menu items for us, and breakfast had a great choice too. Getting to the hotel was easy since it's close to the M606. We also had connecting rooms, which was such a lovely surprise. On arrival, the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, and there was free hot chocolate in the nicely decorated reception. They even gave my mum a box of sweets for her birthday. I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns, but this was easily the best. I loved the experience and would recommend it to everyone.

On Sunday, Megan welcomed us with another lovely smile when we came down for breakfast. She showed us to our table and took our order, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We'd first met her on arrival, when she was warm, friendly, and very polite. 10 out of 10 for Megan.

The room was so quiet, with no road noise even though there are some busy roads nearby, and it was clean too. I needed somewhere convenient for a work meeting, and the location worked perfectly. The staff were welcoming and friendly when I arrived.

My family and I were here for a short stay because of a wedding, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. It was also easy to park, with plenty of spaces, and the hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Leeds and Bradford. Linda and Akeel at reception were both helpful and polite. When my car broke down, Linda helped look after my family and went out of her way to keep things calm. We're very grateful to her and Akeel for the help. 10/10.

I was sorry to leave after seven weeks for work. I'd got into a good routine, and the staff knew it, which made every day easier. Everyone had their own personality and was always happy to help with the little things. My room was clean and nice every time, with no problems at all, and it stayed dark and quiet at night. The restaurant is close by, so it was easy to eat and head back for a hot bath or shower. The food was cracking when Donna was on shift, and they always knew what I was having, so my drink was ready for me. The service was spot on, the food was always good, and we had a right laugh with the lovely group of girls there. Thanks again to all the staff at this very busy Premier Inn.
