We were very happy with our stay. Our accessible room was on the ground floor and easy to get to. It was spacious, and the TV worked fine. The garden just outside was lovely and well kept, and the bar and restaurant had plenty of choice at reasonable prices. The tea and coffee were fine, but filling the jug from the bathroom sink was awkward, so I had to use a cup and make several trips. The hotel is well placed in the town centre, close to the bus station. I mentioned that the WiFi was open and had no password, and that it stopped working when I turned on my VPN for protection. The first staff member I spoke to seemed a little dismissive, but the staff at checkout were more receptive. There was also a small mould issue in the bathroom. The drainage was slow, and we suggested a squeegee might help.

The food was amazing, and the staff were really friendly with excellent service. They're very dog-friendly, and even have a doggy menu. Would highly recommend!

The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and it was presented really well. The Yorkshire puddings were gorgeous too. The staff were so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed Sunday lunch here and am looking forward to coming back with the family. Highly recommend it for a family Sunday lunch.

The portions were a bit on the large side, but that's no complaint. The food was absolutely amazing, and I can't fault it. Who'd have thought you could get food this good at 4pm on a Sunday? The staff were fantastic too. We'll definitely be back, maybe even making the hour-long drive just for another visit.

The food was lovely. The lamb was cooked perfectly, and the sea bass was delicious. Great to see that on the menu. I'll definitely be back to try the set menu.
