There’s a lot close by, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, fuel and a bar serving food. The room was spacious and had the usual amazing bed. Staff were awesome, especially the reception team. Have a chat with them about the inspiring word board behind reception, you won’t regret it!

The room was dated but comfortable, and I could hear motorway traffic from it. Check-in is strictly at 3pm, but the first room I was offered wasn’t ready. After a long journey, having to ask for extra towels made the whole thing more hassle than I needed. I was stuck eating at the pub next door because I’d booked in advance. It was very run down and the food was disgusting. The check-in aggravation and lousy meal made for a miserable stay. I should have researched better and won’t stay there again. I’m told they have the pub up for sale and plan to renovate the accommodation, which says a lot. I’d avoid it.

The room was clean and great, and the service was excellent and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were both lush. The car park was a little dark and pokey, but overall it’s a good hotel.

Just off the M4, this is a convenient spot for getting to Cardiff or Swansea. The reception team made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free, and the rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds. I had a great stay at Premier Inn Bridgend M4, J35 and would definitely return and recommend it.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and always have a comfortable visit, with a lovely breakfast in the adjoining pub. Once again, reception gave us a friendly welcome and showed us to a spotlessly clean, comfortable room. I’d recommend this venue to anyone travelling through the area. Jackie
