Breakfast had such a wide choice and was absolutely amazing. We stayed for a night to celebrate my nannan's 77th birthday, and the room was cosy and spotless, really felt like home. I can't think of a single complaint. The place is close to everything too. Thanks so much for having us, we'll definitely come back.

Donna made us feel welcome right away and cooked a lovely breakfast. The guest house is right in the centre of Bridlington, in a perfect spot. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it.

I booked this mainly because it had parking, and the welcome was extremely friendly. The room was a decent size for one person, though the TV was tiny. The heating was impossible to adjust: it was freezing in the late afternoon and evening, then roasting at midnight. I get that it may be on a timer, but in winter it really should be adjustable. In the morning I found there was no shower gel, so I had to use hand soap.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a freshly cooked full English, good French press coffee, and yoghurt with fresh fruit. I stayed in a cosy single room with a private bathroom just outside, which was reflected in the price, though there are plenty of en-suite rooms as well. The shower was piping hot with strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was fast, and I appreciated having extra tea and coffee in the lobby as someone who drinks a lot of tea. Parking was straightforward with a free Zone A permit, and I usually found a space right outside during my September visit. Donna was a warm, welcoming host, and the B&B was spotless and well cared for. A lovely stay, and I'd be glad to return.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, and breakfast in the morning was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's in a great spot, with everything you need within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again. From Jack and Catherine
