The relaxed service made the evening feel special without being stuffy. We had delicious food with generous portions and lovely flavours, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The setting and views are stunning. A lovely place for a date night or a treat meal, and we'll definitely return.

I enjoyed Wednesday lunch, especially the view of the bridge, the pleasant atmosphere and the lounge music. Parking was easy mid-week; we found a good street spot about 30 seconds from the hotel. The service was relaxed, but the drinks order wasn't right at first: we asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail and were given one with alcohol. The food was excellent overall. I had the Prawn Cocktail, then Lamb Shoulder, probably the best lamb I've had, though I haven't tried much lamb. The meat was tender and full of flavour, and the gravy and mash were really good. I didn't enjoy the greens much because they were too salty for my taste. Dessert was pastry and cheese. The view really is incredible.

The staff really make this place. Reception gave us a warm welcome, and the bar and restaurant teams were amazing. Our room, number 335, was cosy and had a large, quality bed. It was only a few minutes' walk to the Suspension bridge and village. I liked finding proper coffee bags in the room instead of awful instant coffee. We stayed two nights.

My partner booked a room and dinner at the little french as a birthday treat. Parking isn't ideal, but that's not something they can help, and the receptionist gave me a free parking permit. I was lucky enough to find a space. We both had a lovely time, and the staff were very, very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed for Valentine's after the prices came down. I'd have been devastated if I'd paid more. The room was freezing, the curtains were filthy and should be thrown out, and though the bed and bathroom were okay, the hotel was very grubby. We paid for a gorge view but got room 126 with no view. The bar staff were friendly, but it was cold in there too, with everyone sitting in coats waiting for 3pm because we were all told there'd be no early check-in. On arrival, the receptionist was the most unfriendly person. Please find another job, this one isn't for you. The hotel needs friendlier staff. I called head office and they weren't interested, just told me to email. This is the worst one in the chain, probably. I'll never stay here again. Be warned if you're thinking of booking.
