The guest pale ale still hasn't let me down, and the Viognier was a really good bottle of white for a decent price. We came back for dinner and were welcomed by such friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. The beef blade was tremendous, with lovely flavours throughout. I asked for mustard on the side but barely needed it. The pork tenderloin was superb too, and I'd definitely recommend the lemon posset. Thanks!

Breakfast was excellent each morning, and we'd happily stay here again, just not in Room 9. The hotel sits in a lovely little village with easy, quick access to Worcester, and everyone we met was pleasant and helpful. The young woman serving breakfast in the restaurant on Thursday was especially lovely. Our room was beside the road, so traffic was noisy, and larger vehicles made the walls rattle. It was also near the cleaners room and kitchen, which meant morning noise from deliveries and the cleaner coming and going. The bathroom hand towel had stains on it, which was a bit off-putting.

The food was amazing, nicely presented, warm, tasty, and good quality. Service was excellent too, and the ambience felt both comfortable and sophisticated. We were eight family and friends celebrating a 21st. It was a lovely evening and great value, well worth the trip and effort for us. We'd definitely come back and recommend it.

The manager and staff were so kind, and just as disappointed as we were, after Booking.com left us without a booking. We'd carefully considered accommodation in Worcester and booked this wonderful place for a week while training at Worcester Bosch training Academy just up the road. Booking.com took over a thousand pounds from my account, but when we arrived there was no booking. The food was amazing. I only wish we could have stayed for the week we'd paid for. If you're booking this place, please book directly.

We had a comfortable, lovely room and a beautiful breakfast the next morning. On Saturday we were warmly welcomed, then had a wonderful evening meal and a few drinks. Absolutely loved the place. It's a real gem, and we'll be back. Thank you.
