We all loved rooms 1, 3 and 5, where we stayed with friends. They were modern, comfortable, and very clean, and we had a great night’s sleep on lovely mattresses with lovely duvets. The welcome was friendly, and the breakfast had a fantastic choice and was really tasty. There were thoughtful extras in the room, including a wine glass, corkscrew, a good range of tea and coffee, a chocolate bar, and toiletries in the shower. It’s ideally placed for the beaches and town, overlooking the golf course. Parking in the car park was reasonable. Definitely recommend it, and can’t wait to come back!

Kara was an absolute delight as our host during our extended stay in Bude for our South West Coast Path adventure. It was special to watch her interact with guests, and you could tell she really wanted everyone to feel happy and comfortable. Our room was excellent, the location worked perfectly for exploring the area, and the superb breakfasts were a great start to each day. Highly recommend Sunrise Guest House. I stayed for one night at the start of my South West Coast Path trip, and Kara couldn’t have been more welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room and property were lovely, with all the little extras, and my single room even had a lovely huge bath. Breakfast was amazing, a great full English. I’d accidentally left my electric toothbrush behind, but found it wrapped up in the top of my suitcase when I got to my next accommodation. Thanks so much!

I stayed here in February during my LEJOG cycle trip. It was clean and nice, and the host was friendly, took my last-minute booking, and gave me advice about the local area. Breakfast was super tasty. I really enjoyed my stay.

I booked two rooms, one single and one double, while attending a party in Bude. Both the house and rooms were clean and tidy, with nice touches like a corkscrew, wine glasses, and a chocolate bar. Cara was a warm, friendly owner. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and I’d recommend the full English. I’d thoroughly recommend this B&B.
