Patrick deserves a special mention for handling the booking so well and helping with a couple of questions about getting into the room. The whole stay was well handled. Our room was clean throughout, the beds were comfortable and access felt secure. Thank you.

My son and I found Innovation House just right for our trip to Burnley. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and getting to Turf Moor or the town centre was very convenient.

We stayed here on the second night of our three-day canal bike trip from Liverpool to Leeds. It's ideally placed for both the canal and Burnley town centre. The owners handle all communication by email. Bike storage isn't ideal, but we managed fine.

My son and I had a very pleasant one-night stay. The room was clean and the shower excellent. The location worked perfectly, with a ten-minute walk to the town centre and an even shorter one to TurfMoor for a Burnley game.

Getting in was no problem, and the host was good to deal with. Parking was excellent, the room very clean, and the kitchen very good. After our six-hour drive from Devon, it was great to have a good place to stay. It's so close to the Turf and the pubs, and I slept like a log. I'd recommend it to my friends.
