Lincoln House Hotel

The hotel has a unique feel throughout, and we appreciated its original charm. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious, with a TV that had Freeview, plus tea and coffee facilities. Towels, shower gel and hand wash were provided in the bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring Cardiff, and there was ample parking in the car park or on the street. We'll definitely be back!

Breakfast was tasty, though a bit more variety would have made it better. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere welcoming, while the rooms were clean and well kept. It's a charming, comfortable place in Pontcanna, well located for exploring Cardiff. A delightful stay!

My dad and I loved staying here. The hotel and the area around it were both beautiful, and the location was convenient near the city centre and the bus stops at Beverly Hotel and Berthwin Street. The room was clean, keeping its Victorian charm while adding some modern touches. The staff were enthusiastic, professional and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. I'd especially recommend it for seniors, since the bathroom has an anti-slip mat and a grip bar. Thanks for looking after us :)

The bathroom needs a little attention: the floor tiles could do with re-grouting, the shower head needs a deep clean to remove black mould, and the shelf was wobbly. Apart from that, it was a really lovely, calming stay. I loved the Myddfai toiletries and the soft, crisp linens and towels. Breakfast was incredible, with so much choice. I had fresh fruit salad with kiwi, tangerine, watermelon, grapes, apple and a variety of berries, plus orange juice, a delicious heap of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. There was no rush at all to eat.
