Hannah made my first time renting on my own feel incredibly easy. I was genuinely impressed by her service, confidence and knowledge. I’d originally booked to view another flat, but after seeing it I knew it wasn’t right for me. Hannah picked up on my body language and understood what I actually needed, even though I’m quite direct. She suggested a completely different flat that hadn’t even been listed yet, so I wouldn’t have known about it otherwise. She happened to be free that hour, put me in her viewing calendar, and met me at the property right away. She answered all my questions promptly and explained things clearly and in detail. I’m so happy I chose Peter Alan. Hannah’s a perfect example of why they’re the best at what they do.
