The bar had a friendly feel, and everyone working there was lovely. We ate at the hotel on both evenings and the food was good, served piping hot. Breakfast was good too. Our room was spacious, clean and warm during our two-night bed-and-breakfast stay. They offered another heater if we needed one, but we didn't. We'd certainly come back.

The staff made the birthday meal feel special while keeping everything easy and welcoming. We went to Market Inn for a family meal for our child’s 5th birthday, and it all went smoothly. The freshly cooked food was good quality, with generous portions, and there was something on the menu for everyone. Nobody left hungry. 1 million stars.

The bar area was so cosy and comfortable, and the staff, food and whole experience were lovely. I met two friends here for lunch and a proper catch-up on Wed 3rd Dec 2025. The Scampi and Chips was beautiful, and the coffee was just right. It was our first time meeting here, but we'll be back. Thank you all. Gisele

The food was really good, and the service was friendly. Market Inn has a nice bar with a good choice of drinks, plus a function room at the back with music and a pool table. There's also a cocktail bar out the back. We enjoyed our stay as a couple. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and clean, and there are a few restaurants, takeaways and pubs nearby. The beds were comfortable enough for me, though my partner found hers a little firm.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the room was clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was really tasty. There's a car charger just down the road, too. A lovely little stay, and we'd happily come back.
