The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the email communication was prompt. Room 12 was very clean, had all the amenities covered and was excellent overall, though it was on the top floor and required four flights of stairs. We had noisy neighbours banging about and slamming doors in the early hours, but that isn’t really down to the owners. The decor throughout was lovely, the facilities excellent and the location ideal. Our Cheltenham stay ticked every box, and I’d highly recommend the place. Can’t wait to visit again and book here.

The room was pretty and very clean, with beautiful decor. Loved the heated bathroom floor and the good range of Nespresso coffee. The location was great, and they even had a hairdryer and clothes steamer. Staff were welcoming, and it was very good value.

Crescent Place by Mansley made for a great stay. It’s in a quiet spot while still being very central, with Cheltenham’s cultural quarter just steps away. Theatres, galleries and excellent restaurants are all easy to reach on foot, making the location convenient for leisure or business. The rooms are stylish, modern and thoughtfully set up. We appreciated the bathroom underfloor heating, blackout curtains, Smeg appliances and Marshall Bluetooth speakers. Some rooms have a duplex layout, which gives them a fun, spacious feel, and the beds are very comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout. It has a boutique feel with personal service, and I’ll definitely return.

Before our stay, I spoke to three agents on the phone, and all were excellent and helpful. The location was great, the car park excellent and the room brilliant, with a great shower and bed. The milk, cereals and water were a nice touch, and the price was good. It was very nearly perfect. Instructions for the air con would have helped. Highly recommend.
