We hired the function room for my sister's birthday and had a great time. The room had everything we needed, with plenty of games and entertainment. My boys especially liked the darts and pool table, and the skittle alley got everyone joining in and laughing. The food was amazing, with fresh pizza and chips coming out throughout the event. The bar owner served the best shots, and I was impressed by the range of spirits. The owners were fantastic. Communication beforehand was great, and the friendly, helpful staff made organising everything smooth and easy. I'd highly recommend it for a big or small gathering. We've been here for events before and will keep coming back.

A lovely place to stay, with easy access to major routes for exploring the area and very friendly staff who are always ready to help. Bear in mind that getting to the rooms involves stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues.

A friendly local pub, with clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. The staff are easygoing, kind and attentive, which makes it a nice B&B to stay in.

The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, and the older decor has a bit of charm. That's part of why we chose to stay here, and the price was affordable. Service was lovely, and the food was fresh and very good, with large portions. Breakfast included English breakfast and a choice of hot and cold drinks. The location was okay, with parking available on the side streets. I recommend it.

A good sized pub with a great choice of drinks and good food, on the A40 just outside Cheltenham. There's parking across the road.
