The room had heating, clean towels, good water pressure and hot water, but I was disappointed to get a small double bed after paying for a king-size. There was a strong marijuana smell in the hotel, which I didn’t like. The car park is tiny, maybe enough for only 12 to 15 cars, and we couldn’t get a space. The air cons need cleaning, as the pictures show.

The receptionist was polite and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, but the shower was disappointing: it was clogged, filled with water and spilled out. The sink plug was stuck shut when I went to wash my hands, so I had to stop.

Nabeel and kazmi were so friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the peaceful feel throughout the hotel. It’s well placed for local attractions and easy to get around, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone after a great hotel stay.

The rooms are budget level, but clean enough. I checked out at 12 and left my kindle device under the pillow. I realised at 10pm and called, since housekeeping would have changed the bedding and seen it. Unfortunately, it’s disappeared into thin air.

Nice area, with an Aldi just round corner and Thorpe Park conveniently close by. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Premium WiFi wouldn’t work, so I had to get another code from the desk. Parking was terrible: too few spaces and nowhere nearby to park.
