The breakfast was delicious and very much worth the money, and the bed was especially comfortable. This is a clean, comfortable hotel in a really handy spot. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, honestly the best hotel staff I've come across.

The check-in took a while. The room was clean, but the bathroom was so tiny that with the door shut there was barely room to move. It had a shower and no bath. Chester and Chester zoo are both nearby, a short walk to one and a short drive to the other.

We had a great weekend break at this Premier inn on the edge of Chester city centre. Breakfast was included and very good, with fresh-cooked breakfasts and delicious porridge made to order. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The buses right outside made it easy to get to the zoo or town, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. We didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. The main problem was the creaky floor above us, which was really loud through the night. Maybe it was just that room and we were unlucky. You'd only notice it if the person above was up and moving around at night.

Really good value, especially for a family. The room was clean and bigger than others we've had, the price was excellent, and the breakfast was fab. Kids eat free, so what's not to like? Just remember to register your car for parking.
