I stumbled across the apartments online after a local hotel messed us about. Paul went out of his way to fit us in for my dad’s 60th, and we couldn’t have asked for more. There were complimentary chocolates waiting for us, and we got to use the hot tub in the morning. The coffee machine was a lovely touch, just what we needed. The location was fantastic, the place spotless, and the owner amazing. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Paul and Sally were such friendly, caring hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. They always replied promptly by email or text. We’ll be back, and thank you, Chester Apartments, for everything. We stayed in apart B, a stylish, exceptionally clean and spacious apartment that was lovely for the two of us. The hot tub was really relaxing, and the coffee machine was a real treat. It was quiet and peaceful, and a great spot for walking into Chester. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from the digital shower and automatic opening bin to a TV with a wide range of channels. It also felt very Covid safe.

The apartment felt homely, was clean, and had everything we needed, from family games and DVDs to a hydro shower. The hot tub was the one disappointment, as we couldn’t use all its functions.

From 19 very happy girls! :D We stayed at Chester Apartments from 13 to 15 April 2018 for a hen party and had the run of the house. The bride had no idea, so it was a complete surprise, and everyone arrived smiling. The place was in excellent condition throughout, and the photos don’t really show how nice it is. The hot tubs were a great touch, and having bedding, towels, and complimentary robes for such a big group was brilliant. Paul was prompt and helpful from our first contact. Since we hadn’t seen the property in person, he gave us useful suggestions for things like sleeping arrangements. We can’t rate the apartments highly enough and will definitely stay again when we visit Chester, Liverpool, or anywhere nearby.

I had a brilliant time here for my friend’s hen do. The place was better equipped for a group than anywhere I’ve stayed, and the hot tub was great. I’d love to come back.
