Nunsmere Hall Hotel

We had an absolutely fabulous night for a birthday treat, with an overnight stay. The room and bed were among the most comfortable we’ve ever had. We were really well looked after, and I reckon the place will look stunning in summer. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

The winter special covered £25 each toward dinner and included breakfast. The hotel sits in gorgeous surroundings, with a lake and landscaped gardens, and would make a fabulous wedding venue. Staff were lovely and helpful. Dinner was good, although they brought the bill before we’d quite finished eating. Our room was a nice size, with a fireplace, lovely views and a very comfortable bed. Some parts felt tired, especially the bathroom, which is ready for a refurb, and the carpet was frayed by the door. We still enjoyed the stay and would return, though we’d choose a different room.

The grounds were delightful, and we had a lovely, quiet, clean room. The food was really good, especially at The Restaurant, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time at Nunsmere and will definitely visit again.

I’ve filmed and photographed several weddings here as a content creator, and it’s a beautiful venue to work in. The staff are welcoming, and the space looks lovely on camera throughout the day. Everything has run smoothly, making it easy to deliver highlights the next day. It’s a modern, romantic setting I’d recommend to couples.
