Rossett Hall Hotel

The wedding was great, with excellent food and service, and our own dinner was delicious too. Les, the restaurant manager, made us feel welcome and reserved a breakfast table so I could get to it easily. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel seen rather than like I was too much trouble. This was our first trip out since I became a wheelchair user, for a dear friend's wedding, and I’d been anxious about accessibility and whether the room would meet my needs. Rossett Hall was wonderfully accommodating. There were ramps and a chair lift where needed. The room was great, and the bathroom had plenty of grab rails, a superb shower, an anti-slip mat and a safe seat. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone at Rossett Hall.

We slept well during our lovely two-night stay. The rooms were large, with a super king bed, and the hotel was clean and recently redecorated. Check-in was fuss-free and we paid on the way out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were nice. It’s handy for Wrexham or Chester if you have a car, and the village seems to have a few pubs. The event team handled every change without fuss. My numbers kept increasing, dietary requirements changed and we needed extra tables, but nothing was a problem. I hosted a baby shower here today and got the best service. Diane was on shift on the day and was brilliant and so accommodating. My friend is getting married here this year, and I can’t wait to come back, though I’m glad I won’t be organising it! My one personal quibble, which nobody else noticed, was round tables with square tablecloths. That’s a me problem. 10/10 service from start to finish. Thank you xx

The staff were really helpful when we wanted to have some friends over, and showed us to a private seating area. Our room was warm and cosy, and breakfast was very tasty. A lovely, friendly and helpful hotel.
