We've been coming here for four years and have never had a bad meal. The food is lovely, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are being renovated, and the ones we saw were beautiful, with very comfortable beds. Though the hotel is near a roundabout, traffic noise wasn't much of an issue. It deserves more than three stars, the service feels like five-star treatment.

We booked for one night. The room was quite spacious and had the things we needed, including an iron and kettle. The Sunday carvery was the standout, with a great choice, good quality and excellent value. The staff really go out of their way to help. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stopped for the carvery today after not visiting for a while. It used to be delicious, but the lamb hotpot was a real letdown. It was edible, but the gravy gave it an unpleasant taste, in my opinion. Standards seem to have slipped. We used to stop here whenever we were in Coleraine, but we won't be coming back.

We were travelling with guide dogs, and the staff were very helpful in giving the three of us a dog-friendly room with its own patio area for the dogs to use. It's about a ten-minute walk from Coleraine train station. The rooms were peaceful and quiet, and the food was lovely. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

We spent a lovely weekend here for my birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary, a gift from our children. It was our first visit, but we'll definitely return. The room was beautiful, the staff friendly and pleasant, and the food delicious.
