Lisieux House On Lough Neagh

The owner and his family were welcoming, helpful people. A great place to park up with a camper van, and we'd gladly come again.

A quiet, pleasant stopover right by Lough Neagh, with nice walks nearby. The lake isn't suitable for swimming. We stayed for a lovely evening with our daughter, on the hardstanding behind Edwin's lovely house, and could use the gardens. Edwin was a gracious gentleman of a host. There was a friendly duckling when I wrote this, and a cat that acts like it's starving and neglected, though it isn't either. No hesitation recommending this peaceful spot.

The organic garden's fresh fruit and vegetables were a real treat, and our hosts did so much to make us comfortable. We stayed at this B&B as a family and loved every minute; the friendly owners made it feel like visiting relatives. The nearby town has what you need, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Having your own car is easiest, though you can call a cab. Five stars, highly recommended.

We had a lovely evening in our motorhome, my husband, son and I. The property owner was incredibly helpful, and everything you need is right on your doorstep. The quaint surroundings made for a beautiful evening walk down to the Loughshore. We’ll definitely come back. And I have to mention the adorable little duck that followed us everywhere.
