We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice and a good-value deal offering three courses for the price of two. Service there was really good too. I had an early start and didn't have breakfast, but the parking facilities were excellent and check-in and checkout were easy. The hotel was spotless throughout, the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable, and all the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. IHG always gives a warm welcome, and this stay was no exception. We were there for one night before flying the next day. It's very close to the North Terminal, and there's a park-and-stay offer if you need it. Definitely recommend.

The only things that bothered me were the queen bed, which was two mattresses pushed together with a gap between them, and the bathroom fan that stayed on and made a little noise. Otherwise, I had a very good stay at this Holiday Inn. Nataliia welcomed me kindly, gave me all the information I wanted, and handled my specific room requests well. The room was cosy, spacious enough, and in good condition, and the internet was fast and steady. There are a couple of gas stations nearby with some basic services. A very good option in Gatwick.

We came back for our second stay before an early flight because the first visit was fantastic, and this one was just as good. The food was really tasty, and after our first stay I was pleasantly surprised again by the variety and quality. Robert and Vida looked after us very well in the restaurant. Reception staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and the restaurant team were just as good. If you need a hotel with parking when flying from Gatwick, I'd definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. At the bar, Kirsty was lovely and gave outstanding customer service. She really left a mark and is a huge credit to the team. Maxim was also very friendly and helpful, and everyone I interacted with made a real difference to my stay. The rooms and shared areas are amazing too. It's a really nice hotel that exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely return.

My wife was especially pleased when Robert mentioned he was a Millwall fan, as she's a Millwall fan too. He was so friendly, caring, and attentive while looking after us in the restaurant, where we had some food and drinks the night before our early flight to Malaga. He made us both feel very welcome. He's a lovely human being and an absolute credit to Holiday Inn.
