The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good range of choices, and made a lovely start to each day. Ruel, thank you for your kindness and great service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful from the moment I arrived. It made the stay feel easy and relaxing. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a satisfying breakfast made this a hotel I’d gladly recommend and return to.

Ali at reception remembered me from my last stay in July. The hotel and room were clean, with a comfortable bed and no noise at all, so I had another peaceful night’s sleep and a relaxing stay. Breakfast was just right, and Adela and Reul were friendly, welcoming, and chatty. I’ll be back again next month.

For £56 for one night with breakfast included, this was great value, and I’d happily stay again. The hotel is modern, with spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a contemporary bathroom with excellent shower pressure. Having an iron and ironing board in the room was a nice bonus. It’s centrally located, just a short walk from Croydon station, with trams and buses easy to reach. Parking is limited, so keep that in mind.

Adela was extremely efficient and helpful, much better than staff at many more expensive places I’ve stayed. The hotel is very clean, with decent-sized rooms, and it’s cheap for what you get. East Croydon station is only ten minutes away, with trains to London taking 15 minutes and running every four minutes. Breakfast was better than at many four-star hotels, and the takeaway coffee is a great idea if you’re heading to work.

Ruel was very kind and polite, and Telma was extremely helpful. Since she’s Brazilian too, communicating with her was much easier, and she gave me great support throughout the stay. Both were professional and welcoming, which really made a difference. The hotel was clean, well organised, and well maintained, with a comfortable, cosy atmosphere that put me at ease as soon as I arrived. A great experience, and I’d gladly recommend it and return.
