Lammas Park House

We got in late on Friday and were made to feel welcome straight away. This was our second stay at Lammas Park House this year, and it was every bit as good as the first, maybe even better. The breakfasts are always first class. We’ve already booked for next year. Thanks, Fiona and Rob.

There’s plenty of parking, and the town and amenities are very close by. Inside, the dining room has a brilliant Alpine model railway Rob built. We had a lovely room with gorgeous sea views and a very comfy bed. Fiona and Rob were terrific hosts, and breakfast was freshly cooked each morning with quality ingredients. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely room and a great breakfast each day, with plenty to choose from. Fiona and Rob were very welcoming, and when we needed breakfast outside their normal times on one day, they were really helpful. There was fresh milk in a shared fridge too. It’s a wonderful B&B in central Dawlish.

The little arrival treats, cookies and fudge, were a nice touch, and breakfast had lots of choice and tasted delicious. Our room was enormous, as was the bathroom, with a settee and armchair positioned to look out at the sea. The bed was very comfortable too. A lovely place to stay, with friendly, helpful hosts.
