The rooms were clean and nice, and the showers were great. I was disappointed with the breakfast I paid extra for. It looked good, but when I went to make toast there was only butter, no jam or Nutella. The choices were basically cereal or a cooked breakfast.

Olympia on reception and Hajer at the bar made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were warm, professional and attentive throughout, which gave the place a reassuring feel. The hotel is close to the train station, with plenty of excellent five-star restaurants nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay from 27-28 December. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the reception staff were helpful. My room was spotless, bright and airy, with all the facilities I needed. The hotel itself was lovely too. I had a brilliant stay and already know I'll be back.

The room access could be simpler, there are too many numbers to enter, and the bar prices felt unaffordable, about three times what you'd pay at a local restaurant. Even so, we had a first-class stay and couldn't fault it otherwise. We came for one night for our anniversary, and it suited us because my wife has some difficulty getting around and we needed easy access. We think we'll book again for the same time next year.

The food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the gym was a nice extra. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy, and I had no problems during my stay. The mattress was firmer than I like, but that's just my personal preference. You also have to ask reception to have the room made up each day. I'd still highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
