The restaurant breakfast service was excellent. While the rest of our party had the buffet, the person with a dairy allergy was given their own table service, with cutlery and a napkin handed out separately. Special thanks to Darren for handling the allergy requirements so well. Great job!

The new room fans have made a noticeable difference, and the recent upgrades seem to have gone down well. I stay here regularly, and Darren and the team always make things comfortable. Cheers.

The chef was lovely and the food was beautiful on both of my breakfast visits. Louise was especially friendly and helpful, even running out to the car when I realised I’d left my purse behind. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us. I’ve been twice and will be back often.

Chef Jonny’s veggie breakfast was the best I’ve had at any Premier Inn, and it really stood out from the other Derby branches. This was our first visit here, but it won’t be the last. We came for breakfast today and found the hotel well presented, with a great atmosphere and polite, friendly staff. Thanks to the three guys on duty for excellent service from start to finish.

Louise was kind and helpful, including sorting out the car park for me. The breakfast was amazing, the place was clean and tidy, and the staff were so friendly. I’ll definitely come back.
