The food was great and the service good. All the staff were helpful, especially Sean and Catherine. We stayed with friends for two nights, and the location was great, easy to reach and with plenty of parking. Rooms were lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, the beds comfortable, the TV worked, and the free WiFi was acceptable. Staff were very friendly and helpful on the day we stayed. Breakfast was predictable, but hot and freshly cooked. It's a decent, reasonably priced stop on the west side of Derby, with a good level of service. With a Premier Inn, you know the sort of stay you'll get, and this one was no surprise.

The breakfast team were the reason I'd return. The greeter and chef were hospitable, accommodating and helpful, and the food was plentiful, tasty and good quality. The desk staff, though, weren't friendly or helpful and could use customer relations training. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, but it needed more bedding.

After a really awful experience at our accommodation in Nottingham, we needed somewhere for the night at the last minute. We arrived late, and the receptionist went out of his way to find a room that could fit three adults. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and we got a fairly good night's sleep. Thanks for coming to our rescue.

The location was great, and there was plenty of parking. It was very clean, with a quiet room, and the staff were friendly and professional. Sean at reception was particularly good.
