That little lake behind the hotel was such a calm spot. I sat by it after breakfast and really enjoyed the quiet. The food was good value, too, and my room was cosy with everything I needed. I’d forgotten to print some documents before leaving home, but Alex sorted it straight away. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was sorry I hadn’t packed my swimming shorts so I could try the pool. I had a great time in Dereham and would happily come back.

Tried the Tom Yum Soup at the Greenbank Hotel one evening and was amazed by how much seafood it had. The quality and flavour were both fantastic. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great evening celebrating my daughter's university graduation. The service was excellent, and the ambience felt just right. The food was outstanding, too. Thanks for making a special day feel complete. Five stars, without hesitation.

I stayed at Greenbanks the night before our wedding, and we had booked rooms there for some of our guests. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were so helpful all weekend, ready whenever we needed anything and happy to deal with our requests. I’d definitely stay again.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. I got in quite late for a model railway exhibition in Dereham, but the lovely owner welcomed us and made us some amazing food. Since we’d miss breakfast, he also packed some food for us to have in the morning. A fantastic hotel, definitely five stars.
