Premier Inn Tiverton

The restaurant was so busy at breakfast that the chef was left working flat out on her own, and we waited more than 40 minutes for food to be replenished. She was clearly doing everything she could, but an extra pair of hands would have helped. Parking in the multi-storey beside the hotel was extortionate, which wasn't a great start, although it isn't run by Premier Inn. We stayed three nights and slept well in our clean, comfortable room. It was a squeeze for a family room, but that didn't affect us too much. The staff were some of the friendliest we've met at a Premier Inn, and Ness made us feel especially welcome at breakfast. We still had a lovely visit and would happily return. The hardworking staff made a real difference.

Ash cooked a delicious breakfast, perfectly done, and Vanessa G welcomed us warmly and kept things running smoothly. The food was great, the staff were friendly, and it made for a lovely start to the day at Premier Inn Tiverton. Highly recommend.

My Mum thought the continental breakfast was the best she'd ever had, and Donna made me one of the best English breakfasts I've tried. It kept me going all day. Thanks to Vanessa G, chef Donna and all the staff for such lovely hospitality.

The food is lovely and the rooms are fine, though they could do with some air freshener. The booking rule at the pub is bizarre. It was nearly empty, with only two other tables occupied, but they still wouldn't serve me until a 'selected time' came up. I sat there for 15 minutes before they offered me a drink. I suspect they may have been short staffed, but they could have just explained there might be a delay and asked me to take a seat. Really unnecessary, it's a Premier Inn, not the Ritz.
