Breakfast was a real highlight. I picked my meal from an extensive menu the night before, and it was delicious and beautifully prepared. You can tell they take care with both the cooking and presentation. Glenlaird is a charming B&B tucked in the heart of Drymen, with a comfortable, homey feel and warm hospitality. The hosts were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The whole property is immaculately kept. It's a peaceful place for a getaway or a restful stop while walking the West Highland Way. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I'm putting together photo books from all the trips my wife and I have taken, and a picture of James from one of our WHW stays brought back the memories. I wanted to come back and leave a review. The place was so clean and the breakfast was incredible, but the conversations with James meant even more to us. He was so kind and took time to tell us about his amazing life. We're grateful we met him. We stayed around 5/5/22. Thank you, James!

The B&B impressed me a lot. I stayed three nights and loved the beautiful setting, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. It's about a ten-minute walk from the center of Drymen, and nights are quiet. The hostesses are very warm and welcoming. I'd happily recommend it.

Getting here by bus was easy, which helped since we ended our day on the WHW in the middle of the no camping zone. The view was amazing, and there was a lovely garden for reading. The hosts were friendly and happy to chat, then everything went nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was healthy with lots of options, and the whole place felt peaceful.

The house and its surroundings made for such a relaxing stay. Our host was friendly and very nice, and the breakfasts were amazing. The house is large, the rooms are clean, and Drymen town is only a few minutes away, with a few restaurants there. We had a wonderful time and totally recommend staying here!
