Suzanne made our stay really comfortable, and she was so considerate of what we needed. She also had great tips on things to see in Dunfermline and Edinburgh. We were here for business in one and leisure in the other, and the guesthouse worked perfectly for both. The place was very clean and much bigger inside than it looks from outside, a bit like Dr Who's TARDIS. Breakfast was plenty for us: fruit, yoghurt, croissants, tea and coffee, orange juice, toast, and eggs cooked how you like them. We hope to book again when we're back in mid 2026. Thanks, Suzanne, for keeping everything to such a high standard.

While I was temporarily in the area sorting out a place to live for my new job, the owners made me feel very welcome. It's a cosy, homely place, with none of that cold hotel feel. They topped up the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits in my room each day. There was also a fridge, plus a TV with Netflix and Prime. Well worth a stay.

Getting around was easy, with the train station walkable even with luggage, buses right nearby, and a path leading into central Dunfermline. The room and beds were comfortable and had everything needed. The breakfast room was lovely and a nice place to chat with other guests. My wife and daughter stayed for three nights at the end of a UK trip. The hosts were very accommodating, arranging airport transport, offering directions and recommendations, and providing gluten free and dairy free food options. They enjoyed the B&B, the hosts, and the city. It was a quiet break from the busy tourist side of Edinburgh.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the shower was fantastic. Fresh towels each day, too. The owners were really friendly and polite. Wish I could've stayed longer.

A friendly, welcoming place with a good sized room and ensuite. There was plenty of tea and coffee, and the teapot was a lovely extra. Having a fridge was a bonus. I'd happily recommend staying here and hope to come back.
