Parking on nearby streets is free, and even arriving at 6pm, we found a spot a couple of minutes’ walk away. Check-in was prompt. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and even mint chocolates. The shower was good, and breakfast was very good, with quality ingredients cooked nicely. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is hard to beat. The seafront is just steps away, and shops and the train station are a short walk farther on. My room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were excellent and genuinely kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Albert and Victoria Guest House in Eastbourne, and would highly recommend this charming guest house for a holiday.

Kendy was welcoming from the moment I arrived until I left, and the room had all the little things I needed, including a hair dryer, fan and kettle. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and there was a good choice at breakfast. I was visiting a nearby show on my own, and I’m so glad I picked the Albert & Victoria guest house in Eastbourne. It’s right near the seafront.

The WiFi in my room worked great, and breakfast was enjoyable. I stayed in the room called Lousie. It was clean, with a comfortable mattress and a nicely sized bathroom. The hosts were kind, friendly and very accommodating. The beach was a fabulous two-minute walk away. I’d definitely stay again.

The hosts were flexible about our arrival and departure times, and the custom breakfast was delicious. This quaint, cozy inn is perfectly placed, within walking distance of the seaside and restaurants in Eastbourne. We had a lovely night here and would definitely recommend it.
