The main entrance was very accessible for disabled guests, with doors that open automatically. The rooms were clean, and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. It would be useful to have a plug socket and USB C on each side of the bed. Definitely recommended.

Ebbw Vale Parkway is within a five-minute walk, making it easy and affordable to get to Newport and Cardiff. The rooms and people were fabulous, and breakfast across the car park was fantastic value and really good quality. I can’t fault this place. Thanks for everything. Regards, Gareth

The staff were lovely, but the hotel badly needs updating. Our shower was broken and dripped all night. The heating and ventilation kept switching on and off by themselves, leaving the room either boiling hot or airless. We had to open the window, and then road noise and light kept us from sleeping well.

The receptionist at the front desk were polite and welcoming, just as I expected at the Premier Inn. My room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a fantastic night’s sleep.

This is my fifth visit, and I’ll certainly be back. The staff were fantastic, and so was the food. This Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre are undoubtedly the best I’ve ever stayed in.
