The room was reasonably clean, despite what other reviews said, but the lower price wasn't worth the noise. The bar or club downstairs was extraordinarily loud, and even ear plugs didn't help me sleep until it finally stopped at 2 a.m. I had to find another place to stay for the second night. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

We had a total nightmare during our London visit. There was no hot water, the room was too hot and noisy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows smelled awful, and the carpet looked filthy. The place smelled bad throughout, and nothing looked like the photos on the website. We entered through a broken gate beside the pub and saw two people smoking weed on the way in. The pub downstairs has nothing to do with the accommodation, so they can't help you. There was nobody at reception, just self check-in with a code. We called the displayed numbers for help, but one was missing a digit and didn't work. The other went to an automated system, and nobody answered. Someone called us back the next day, which makes you wonder what the helpline is for. The guy was extremely rude and creepy, with no help or apology. There was no hospitality here. This place should be inspected and shut down. It wouldn't pass hygiene standards. PLEASE AVOID!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, they won't help at all and are extremely rude in messages. The contact number is for a place in Bournemouth because they don't take calls here. This was the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Avoid this place.

They were quick to accept an urgent booking, but when I arrived I found there were no curtains in my room. It was on a lower floor, and in my individual circumstance I believe this accommodation is breaking the law, since curtains are a legal requirement for accommodation in this market segment. I've been trying to speak with someone from the staff for 3 days without success. Avoid at all costs.
