I couldn't get the website to accept a review back in 2018, so I'm leaving one now. The room itself was clean and pleasant, but the TV and microwave both failed, and I couldn't reach any staff for help. The listing promised a quiet place, yet noise from a nearby pub or similar spot went on all night and I got no sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday, especially if you're after somewhere peaceful.

The staff were really friendly, and it was a handy base for getting to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. We had an excellent stay and I'd happily recommend it.

It was clean and nice, though a hand towel would've been useful.

Just a short distance from Grahamston station. It was adequate.
