The food was good quality, cooked really well and served with top-notch service. Staff were fantastic and helpful, and the whole hotel was clean and well organised. The only letdown was our small twin room. It had a wardrobe but no shelves, just a small chest of drawers, and the layout wasn't thought through well. Everything else made up for it.

Perched above the beach on the seafront, the hotel has excellent service throughout and rooms that are small but well equipped. There are steps around the entrance and the property, so it may not suit some people with walking difficulties.

It's right by the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Nice place, with a great breakfast.

The rooms had everything we needed, and staff in every department were polite and helpful. They were busy but still took time to help with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, made with good produce and cooked beautifully, with a nice selection and generous portions. It was one of my best holidays, and I hope to come back. A super hotel in a lovely location.

Our room on the second floor was fairly small, but the stunning view made up for the lack of space. We were there with a coach party last week, and the hotel's location was fantastic. Everything was spotless, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The range and quality of the food were exceptional. The bus stop is just a few yards away, with an hourly service into Falmouth town. I’d certainly recommend the hotel.
