The thoughtful service made my stay. Even when I arrived late for breakfast and they were clearing things away, the team quickly put together a fresh plate and brought me coffee and OJ. That same care showed up every day. They also checked my taxi booking for the trip back to Heathrow and left a note with the pickup details for me in the morning. I don't often have such a good experience at a Holiday Inn Express, and everyone in Fleet deserves a thank you.

The location made it easy to get to all the amenities anyone might need. Inside, the rooms were comfortable and nicely presented, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were hardworking, professional and helpful, which came through in the high standards throughout. Thank you all for making it such a pleasant stay. Top marks from me in every area.

We had a lovely, quiet room that was clean, spacious and modern for our NYE stay. Wadi, the manager, was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the Holiday Inn brand. We had a great time and would happily recommend the hotel.

We used the hotel as a base for two nights, and it was easy to get to both Windsor and London from here. The staff were really friendly and had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Nafees at the service desk deserves a special mention for such a warm welcome. We honestly wished we'd booked a longer stay. Nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which felt like good value, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The staff were so welcoming and helpful that five stars feels like the least I can give the hotel and team. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed much longer. We'll definitely stay longer as needed!
