The rooms feel a bit dated, like a Premier Inn from around 2010, but everything worked and stayed warm even when it was really cold. Great value, and the staff were very friendly. I’ll be back!

There’s a cosy pub next door with good food, which is a nice bonus. The room was warm, quiet and clean, with everything we needed. Every receptionist we met was lovely, helpful and happy to chat. We’d definitely stay again, especially with the motorway network so close.

The room worked really well for my wife, who uses a wheelchair, and the receptionist helped us with everything. She was so polite, and the staff were brilliant day and night. It’s close to everything, and there’s a pub next door for food or a drink. Can’t fault the place. We’ll be back, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone.

We ended up booking the Embassy Newcastle sure hotel in just two minutes after arriving at another Newcastle hotel and finding it awful, like it needed to close. This place was the best choice. Caroline at reception was lovely and a great help. Thank you.

A bit out of town, but there are buses nearby and it’s about a 10-minute Uber ride. The beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. The room was clean, though it could do with updating, and had what we needed, including a hairdryer and tissues. Checkout at 10am felt a bit early for us, but I’d stay again.
