Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including a full cooked Scottish breakfast, fruit, cheese, meats, breads, waffles and cereal. The 24/7 bar was handy too. We were on the 5th floor in room 505, with views of the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and had tea and coffee, a large TV, dressing table and wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a shower, gel, shampoo and conditioner. We had a great stay and I'd happily come back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour bar and plenty of seating were a real plus. Breakfast had lots of good options, and our room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The hotel was easy to find. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in Glasgow.

We were in Glasgow for the Madness concert and stayed one night. Katie especially stood out, she had such a great energy and seemed to really enjoy working with people. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help, and the service was fantastic from check-in through check-out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and breakfast offered a great range of hot and cold food. Can't wait to book another stay.

The hotel was good value, in an excellent location, and the staff were friendly. For dinner nearby, we found Butterfly & Pig on a cold Wednesday evening in February and were really pleased. It had the atmosphere we wanted, good homemade food, and a jazz band playing in the bar next door. Good prices too.

The only thing I'd keep in mind is that the windows don't have safety locks. Apart from that, I couldn't fault our stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was fresh with lots of choice. Great hotel, and we'll definitely be back 😁
