The breakfast the next morning had loads to choose from, including fruit and yogurt, toast, cereals and an all-day breakfast. I was impressed by the range of teas and coffees, and the dining staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a working TV, kettle, tea and coffee, an iron and a hairdryer. I especially liked the lit mirrors in the bathroom, which gave it a cosy, romantic feel. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. My partner and I stayed on Valentine's Day, and this is easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Glasgow so far. The reception team were polite and helpful too. I was gutted to leave. If you're after a comfortable stay in a clean, safe hotel, this is a good choice. Other Glasgow hotels could take notes. Thanks, Novotel, I'll be back 😊

The whole team was welcoming and helpful, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel. A bulb had gone out in my room, and the red-haired staff member at reception was very kind. She suggested Cafe Antipasti and asked how my day was when I saw her again later. Sachin at the bar was friendly too, with great ideas for places to visit, including the organ concert at the Kelvingrove museum.

We were in town for a week on placement at Glasgow Dental Hospital, and having such a clean, well-equipped room made the stay comfortable. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and Sachin looked after us each evening with a warm welcome and attentive service. We also had breakfast in the restaurant every morning, with lots of choice and delicious food. The bar staff were lovely, the atmosphere was friendly, and the cocktails were freshly made to order and fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Sachin really made us feel at home during our two-week stay, always going out of his way to help and make us welcome. My university group was here for clinical practice at Glasgow Dental Hospital, and we had a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious, tidy and very clean. Prices were reasonable, and the servers and bar staff were wonderful as well. I'd happily stay again when I'm looking for a nice hotel in the city centre.

The room had a comfy bed, sofa, large desk and good amenities, and it was great to have a fridge. We enjoyed breakfast and a drink at the bar. Staff gave us a friendly welcome for the weekend, were polite and helped us feel relaxed. The Wi-Fi could have been better, and the separate toilet was very compact.
