Kahlen made our meal at the Premier Inn restaurant a really pleasant experience. She was polite, welcoming, and attentive the whole time, handling everything quickly and with a smile. It’s nice to see someone who clearly takes pride in their work. A real credit to the team.

Getting around was easy, and the hotel felt calm and safe. I slept really well, thanks to the quiet, spotless room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and everything working as it should. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming from check-in through check-out, which made a big difference. It was a really great stay and excellent value for money, with the consistent quality I expect from Premier Inn. I’d happily recommend it and stay again.

We had a really good stay at Premier Inn Belshill. Check-in and check-out were simple, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. A good-value option for a stress-free stay.

The staff were pleasant, and the basics were covered. It’s conveniently located and works well for a short stay, and the room was clean and quiet. I struggled to sleep well, though, because the pillows were quite flat and the mattress felt uncomfortable. Better pillows and a more supportive mattress would make a big difference to the comfort.

We had a family room and it was amazing. Kirsten was very helpful at breakfast, keeping the options topped up. A vegetarian menu was available on request.
