The kitchen access was a great bonus, and having breakfast at the crown each morning was lovely. The location is about as central as it gets. I stayed for two weeks, and the room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Lilija was a huge help with everything, even sorting out a last-minute extension to my trip. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The location on the high street was great, and the staff were cheerful. I had a good breakfast with plenty of choice at the cafe, where tables are always kept for B&B guests. The owner was easy to contact. I stayed two nights in a first-floor twin room. It was spacious, fresh and extremely clean, with comfortable beds, a roomy bathroom and a great shower. The electric heater worked well, and the two coded doors plus a lock on the room made it feel very secure. The extra kitchen area was handy too. The wood flooring can make things a bit noisy, and I would have liked lower, moodier lighting. I recommend this place 👍🏻

I haven't stayed here myself, but I've seen the place while visiting friends who did, and heard a lot about their experience. They said the breakfast was good, and the amenities and views were very good. From what I saw, it's clean and well maintained. It's conveniently placed, with views of the tor and other parts of Glastonbury's gorgeous landscape.

The woman looking after the place met us when we arrived and was friendly and very helpful. She even let us check out late the next day since the room hadn't been booked again. We also appreciated the little Owl chocolates for each of us and the nice selection of Pukka herbal teas. The room was great, with a good bed, a lovely bathroom, and everything clean and tidy. It's in a perfect spot in the heart of town. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Glastonbury, and highly recommend it.
